Mathematics Summer Program: Welcome to the Central Library

Each year, shortly before the beginning of the academic year, new students at the Technion take part in the Mathematics Summer Program. The program is designed to refresh and review the students’ mathematical knowledge to kick-start their learning, providing tools for coping with the academic workload ahead. The program offers an initial introduction to the campus and the services available to the Technion community.

As part of the program, the Reference & Information team at the Central Library welcomes the students for a tour of the learning center and a short guidance covering the digital resources offered by the Technion libraries.

The Elyachar Central Library offers a variety of spaces for inspiration & culture, along with reservable studying rooms, a multi-purpose classroom for group guidance, and more. The friendly and welcoming encounter is designed to strengthen students’ confidence at the beginning of their academic journey and to introduce them to one of the most important academic resources for success: the library.
