The Information and Learning Center, which is located in the Elyachar Central Library, is designated to promote creativity and excellence in research and support instruction, learning, cultural and leisure activities.

The new center has three floors (about 1700 m2) and encompasses dynamic spaces that allow easy and efficient access to information: Borrowing Services, designated rooms for group study, varied learning areas that contain 420 seats, technology systems, advanced information expert assistance, a gallery with changing exhibits, and a social book exchange library (“community library”). We have increased the number of seats for individuals and groups in varied possibilities for learning.
