BioCyc - your gateway to genetic/metabolic pathways

Get to know BioCyc: keep up to date

BioCyc is a sort of ‘encyclopedia’, where you can find summaries of data on genetic/metabolic pathways in a variety of eukaryotic and microbial cells.

The database also offers various tools for exploring values on a convenient and user-friendly platform. To access the database and its tutorials, visit:

https://library.technion.ac.il/goto?url=https://biocyc.org/

(tutorials available at the bottom of the home page)

If you are interested in using BioCyc data, you can do so only for studying and research purposes (posters, publication of articles, publication in books, etc.). A relevant credit (“produced by Biocyc”) is necessary when using the materials.

For commercial use, please contact the repository’s customer service directly: https://biocyc.org/contact.shtml
