Important Notes
When submitting publications please adhere to the full name of the Technion: Technion Israel Institute of Technology. The Technion should be listed as the primary affiliation.
Submit the publication via a current institutional e-mail address with the suffix: example@technion.ac.il. Your request will not be approved without a Technion email address.
Only the corresponding authors are entitled to a discount.
Please make sure to follow the guidelines.
- Look for the “eligible articles” statements and verify that the discount is valid
- Apply your ORCID number in every submission
- Be aware that the discount will cover only the APC and NOT any additional costs
100% APC Discount
The agreement includes 3 journal titles. These titles are hybrid open-access journals:
- Journal of Cell Biology ISSN 1540-8140
- Journal of Experimental Medicine ISSN 1540-9538
- Journal of General Physiology ISSN 1540-7748
The discount is 100% so that eligible authors do not pay the APCs for open-access papers.
- The corresponding author should be affiliated with the Technion as the first institution.
- The corresponding author should submit the paper using a Technion email.
The papers will immediately be available to the public under a CC-BY license.
